Seriously. Right now. You will thank me later.






Yes, it takes almost 24 full hours. Yes, by the time it is finished you will want to eat the whole loaf in one sitting. But it really only takes about 10 minutes of actual work and the results are fantastic. You won't be disappointed. Unless, of course, you don't go make this. Right now. Seriously.

It is well worth the time! I make it almost weekly, along with either french bread rolls or honey wheat rolls.
