Ham. We normally do a turkey for Christmas, but we can normally get a good deal on ham and have it a couple times around the holidays.
Also my husband's best friend's mom makes the most awesome fudge ever! I have tried and tried to find a similar recipe, but nothing comes close!

Yorkshire Puddings (do you have them over there?) - They are part of a traditional sunday roast here so not strictly holiday food but we eat it on christmas day *yum*

My favourite Christmas food is gingerbread. We normally makes shapes/cookies but this year we made our first house! The kids & I decorated it together. Such a great activity & edible!
